Easysocial user export issue

Hello,

I have around 5000 users in easy social in single profile type and when I try to export them using exporter. It's showing me 500 error. If user count is less then it works perfectly. I have checked increasing server memory limit till 1GB but it's not working.

I have checked in a ticket I found the same issue face one of the use."Issue to export users" this is the reference ticket same issue I face and I have checked increasing server memory as well.

easy social version - Installed version: 2.0.19
I suspect your PHP max_execution_time not set to higher, so caused this issue.

Perhaps you can update your Joomla backend and FTP access at http://stackideas.com/dashboard/site so we can confirm what is the issue you hitting?

Thanks for the reply. I mark this ticket as close and yes it's solved by increasing server memory size
