After setting a test user account to require a password change in Joomla User Manger, I now get this error every time I go to my login page. I get the error
before
I see the login page. What do I need to do to fix this issue.

I was testing why in the past I could not user the Joomla User Manager option to force a password change for a specific user and presumed the reason might be related to the fact that EasySocial user manager is a separate component and the feature was not compatible. I could not find a similar option to force a password change in EasySocial.

Yes, in order to see the login page and resulting error you would need to select "login" from that page.
However, after viewing your screen capture, I opened the login page in Firefox and determined that the issue was with Chrome cache. I'm not familiar with an error message showing up in the browser URL as shown however the issue has not been resolved.

Thanks,

Todd

Hello TKABE,

I'm sorry but I'm a bit lost here. Can you elaborate more on your issue? How can I replicate the issue?

1. Navigate to the login page on the staging1 site provided.

Staging1.harvardmacy.org/index.php

2. I get the error message shown in my first post which appears in the browser URL field not in a popup or other error message. I can't open my login page.

How can this issue be explained/fixed.

Hi Tkabe,

May I know if your issue has been resolved here? I just tried to open your login page using my chrome browser but it seems like everything is showing correctly.

If the issue still persist perhaps you can provide us with the screenshots of the error from your end so we can have a better understanding with your issue here.
