EasySocial editPrivacy page broke template

Hello!
I dont know why, but on editPrivacy page does not display the sidebar, breaks template and appears strange Code.
This comes if the user has blocked people..

Seems like I cannot acces your FTP .Perhaps, can you download the attached file and replace it in the folder:
JoomlaFolder/components/com_easysocial/themes/wireframe/profile/editprivacy/default.php
And see how it goes?

You're suggested to backup the file that you want to replace beforehand for precaution

Access via FTP are correct.
I put the file in the Template html folder, everything works well ..
