I play with easyblog and easysocial !!! are they share the profile and user picture? I found that I need to update both profile and profile picture is not the same?

Yes you need to update both as EasyBlog use Joomla's if your EasySocial not linked with EasySocial. You can integrated them at Backend>Components>EasyBlog>Settings>Integrations>EasySocial as shown https://screencast.com/t/pTtAUoEeHU9r

Can they both using the same NAME or USERNAME?

You can change them accordingly as follows
For EasyBlog,
Go to Backend>Components>EasyBlog>Layout>General as shown https://screencast.com/t/6hMgRWjs
For EasySocial
