I wonder where should I go to translate texts in French please?

I can not locate the file in languages en-GB and the language en-GB files.

Can you help me please ?

Some of these are 3rd party apps where the language files are from the app itself. Try searching for these files in /administrator/language/en-GB/en-GB.plg_app_user_xxx.ini

"xxx" is the name of the app
