Hello.

Having problems with "Remember me". Users write that they constantly need to fill the password.
Help please.
Obviously you can't predict what the user will choose as a browser.

In my mind it either works or doesn't for the user and their browser settings are set at their discretion. If you reply to the user I would simply tell them that they need to adjust their browser settings to accept cookies from your site, clear their browser cache and re-try.

Hello,

In order for you to use remember me features in joomla, you need to enable these 2 plugins:
1) System - Remember Me
2) Authentication - Cookie

It seems like you have enabled 'system - remember me' plugin but did not enabling 'authentication - cookie' plugin. I've helped you to enable it and it should be working fine now. http://screen.stackideas.com/2015-03-12_1045.png

Hope these help

User23, it is possible that in your browser you have certain privacy settings enabled.

For example in Firefox you can tell the browser to not track you, you can also disable the acceptance of cookies and other privacy settings. I don't think that StackIdeas can help if this is the case. I am certain Google Chrome also has similar privacy settings as Firefox.

See Firefox example here: http://screencast.com/t/MG3kq93NwKB
