I just purchased the professional bundle which says that it includes EasySocial. However, when I go to my Dashboard the only items available are Komento, EasyDiscuss, and EasyBlog. I received emails about each separate download, except EasySocial. EasySocial is the one I wanted asap but its not there. My order ID is SI140223-7409-79194. I bought the bundle because it was cheaper than to buy each separately even with the renew coupon. Thanks for any help.

I think there must be some glitch in the system. It is a weekend, and the StackIdeas Team is based in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia and they begin their day at 10am to 7pm GMT. If you are based in North America, the team members are asleep now and someone from StackIdeas will answer your post and address your needs ASAP when they wake up. There was a similar issue for a customer yesterday, and Mark addressed it as soon as he got up and got the email. Send an email to support@stackideas.com

You can expect someone to reply to you after 6:30 PST if you are based in North America. It will most likely be Mark. Team leader. Mark and his team members always answer posts as soon as they can and they always do their best to answer on weekends, so please be patient for a few more hours.
