Hi,
in easy social if I create one discussion in one group I can see it on dashboard.
If I am inside the group and I filter by discussions I can see recent discussions but just information that discussion started and not the complete discussion.

There is some configuration by backend that allows me to see the complete discussion?

I'm sorry but there is no setting to show the info because this filter is only to show list of discussions. If you want to filter by discussion and able to see the full info, you can click on this filter: http://screen.stackideas.com/2015-06-15_1146.png . By the way, it looks like your account has expired. Is there any mistake on our end? Would it be possible for you to contact us at https://crm.stackideas.com and provide us with the order reference and your username so that we can fix this up for you?

Hi Nick,
I am sorry for delay I didnt know my account was expired and I didnt know account expires!
What I have to do to solve this?

I addition I realized advanced search module does not work fine, I can find for example people filering by country or other fields

Once the 6 months have passed, your license expires and you will no longer have access to our support and download.

To continue enjoying our support (and access to the download feature), you will have to renew your license with us. The price for renewing an EasySocial Pro is $89 and this will further extend your support license for another 6 months. You can renew your license by logging in to your account and navigate to your dashboard. From there, click on the 'renew' button and follow the on-screen's instruction. Renewal is automatic, once you've made the payment your account will be automatically renewed. If this is not the case, you can always write to us via our CRM and the Marketing team will assist you as quickly as possible.
