In my EasySocial Dating Search module under Gender: there are three options - Male, Female, Others.. How can I remove the third option - "Others"? I checked the backend but can't any setting to do that. see the screenshot

Unfortunately it is not possible to remove that options via quick settings. However you can try to go to /modules/mod_easysocial_dating/search/tmpl/default.php and remove the following line of code at line 62~64. http://screencast.com/t/6Ws4m1Qu9
