Easysocial | cannot update 1.4.6 | installation problem

Hello Stackideas team,

I have a installation problem with easysocial.

When i proceed the installation the (new) version 1.4.6 i get stuck by step 3.
I also tried to update via extension manager (launcher) and easysocial dashboard (update).


And the installation via directory also getting stuck at 10%


Can you help me out guys?

Hey there,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here.

I hard to tell you what is the solution for this yet is because we still haven't verify what is the issue causing this without access in your site.

Perhaps you can discuss with your boss regarding this and see is it can grant your permission to provide us with your Joomla backend and FTP access so we can better have a look of this issue?

Hey guys,

My boss is still not avaiable so i tried the best i could.
Best solution I found is to uninstall the old version and install the new launcher package and it works perfect!

I see you did great work in changelog for 1.4.6 (y)
