Hello,

I have an EasySocial installation which suggested that I should upgrade it. I got to step 3 and it told me that my licence has expired.

I might renew soon but in the meantime my entire ES settings are now "locked" and jump straight to the install page. How do I make them available again - is there a config switch that I can change?

Thanks in advance,
Paul
It might be the installation not install complete then causing this issue, may i know do you have download full installer before?

EasySocial flagged that I need to upgrade my version so I clicked the Upgrade button. It was only when I got to page 3 that it reported that my licence had expired.

Hey there,

It looks like your subscription has expired and in order for you to continue requesting for support, you will need an active subscription. If you have already renewed, please let us know so that we can correct this for your account.

Thank you for understanding.

Hold on a second...

EasySocial asked me to upgrade. I only knew on step 3 that my subscription had expired, and I cannot back out of this upgrade.

All that I am looking for is to back out so EasySocial is running again.

Can you please let me know as to how I can back out so at least EasySocial is running. I can renew the subscription later.

Try open your browser development console on your site and follow my instruction and see what is the error you hitting :

1. right click your mouse and select 'inspect element' option on Easysocial page from backend.
2. Click on the console tag and refresh the page

Hello Paul,

If you scroll down to the botton, you should see an "Exit Installation" button. Clicking on it should exit the installation. Can you try it?
