Hi
I get the "Sorry, but you are not allowed to read this conversation" message when a PAGE user sends me a message which I get by email but can't link back to it ? I am the page manager in this case ?
Thoughts on how this can be ?

Hey there,

I realized that your site has two account of Danny Malouin and this conversation's participants are Danny Malouin with user ID of 649 and Rudolf Peppo only.

So if you are trying to view this conversation with Danny Malouin with user ID of 587, you will not able to view it and will get "Sorry, but you are not allowed to read this conversation" which is correct.

If you hit this error with Danny Malouin with user ID of 649, can you provide us with this user account access so that we can have a better check of it?

Hey there,

Do you mean that someone message you and you open the conversation via the link provided in the email, and you will receive this error message "Sorry, but you are not allowed to read this conversation"?

If yes, can you forward that email to me irwinchew@stackideas.com so that I can have a better check of it?
