1. How to broadcast a message as included in the following link of the documentation:

We could not find out how to do it. Shall this be done from the front end?

The broadcast feature is only available for the site admin and can only be done from the frontend of easysocial. You can refer from my screenshot here when I logged in into your site with the provided credentials, http://screencast.com/t/WdlYSYzBxd0c .

2. We would like the photos application that is located at the profile bottom left, as you can see in the following link, to move it to the top as we consider that the photos application is more important than other applications.

Unfortunately the only way to re-positioning the applications is to directly edit the core file of easysocial theme file according to your need. You can download my sample file below where it will make photo albums app to be displayed at the very top of profile sidebar. Download the attachment below and place it inside your /components/com_easysocial/themes/wireframe/profile folder or you can place it via template override inside your /templates/[Your current template]/html/com_easysocial/profile folder.

Thank you for the prompt response. We followed your instructions and everything works fine.

Is there any other way for the users to have quick access to the photos of the other users while viewing the other user's profile? Just wondering if there is the option this to be displayed next to the friends/followers below the cover photo.

There would be a link beneath the cover in EasySocial 1.4 just like how you view a group / event page
