I have been meaning to post this one for a while, but since it wasn't high or even moderate priority it was pushed back for quite a while.

Basically, we have a Newbie badge set for users that have visited the website 2 times. I have seen it a lot that users visit at least twice and are not issued the badge..

What could possibly be the issue?
Or what setting other than the one in the attachment should I be checking?
Also, sent three example students for reference..
Although I have noticed it works on occasion, just not all the time.
Do you mean that the new registered doesn't get the "Newbie" badge right?

If yes, actually this newbie badge only count for the registration process, as long as the registration is complete, the system will assign this badge to the user.

Since you set this badge frequency to 2 times, so the user will never get this badge anymore because each of the users only goes through 1-time registration process.

Oohhhhhhh , that explains everything.....
Is it possible to have it setup when a member logs in more than once, instead?

Or is it better to create a new badge for this?

Unfortunately, we do not have an existing badge catered for detecting user log in twice.

It is required to modify the core file in order to achieve your requirement because the create new badge feature only handles the site admin manual adds the custom badge for your existing user.
