Hello,

On Easysocial, in the stream, when clicking on the date of the publication or on "See", we go to a page that does not present the publication.

We feel we are redirected to a bad page.

Can you look ?

Best regards.
Hi there,

Seems like we can replicate this issues on our end when you are using other language. I have logged them internally and will included them on our next release version.

Thanks for your understanding.

Hello,

We may have found a problem that is related.

When sharing a Joomla article, the image does not appear (img1 and img2) because it is not searched in the right page (img3).

The good link of the image is :
https://www.leweborateur.fr/images/MAGAZINES_ARTICLES/HEBDO/2019/Brexit_rally-09-05-2019.jpg

A little worry with the url.

We also notice that images sometimes do not appear when the stream is loaded (img4 and img5).

We test this on the profile page of the following user:
https://www.leweborateur.fr/profil/bruno-rousset

Best regards.

Hi there,

It seems to load properly on my end as you can see here https://screencast.com/t/2oqTpBujCYE. I am not really sure how to replicate this issues actually. Can you provide us with more details on how to replicate this issues? Maybe can you record us a video screenshot so that we can know exactly how to replicate this issues.

Thanks for your understanding.

Hi there,

From what i checked, it seems that on that profiles, those image are served on pagespeed.

Result from what i checked

Dashboard:

Both image are served on your local as you can see here https://screencast.com/t/WOpsdGKX3u

Profile:

Stream : https://screencast.com/t/bDR9KT7r
URL - https://www.leweborateur.fr/images/JOURNAL_ARTICLES/Politique/xrugy-16-07-2019.jpg.pagespeed.ic.ZAHakS1KIR.webp
Repost : https://screencast.com/t/o3Z4wZWpn -
URL - images/JOURNAL_ARTICLES/Politique/rugy-16-07-2019.jpg

Inside the article itself using URL without any pagespeed as the URL as you can see here https://screencast.com/t/VclT15HKJJ0m.

May i know that if your server have this kind of functionality? Or maybe can i know how exactly to use this kind of functionality?

Hello,

Our server is on the "Infomaniak" hosting platform that supports the PageSpeed function, which is essential for optimizing the time of response of site.

This feature optimizes images and transforms their format into "webp".

Normally, this feature does not impact the quality of the images and does not remove the images from the site.

Hello,

After examination, we found where the problem came from.

In our JASOCIAL template, we excluded from the minification the file "/templates/ja_social_ii/js/jquery.cookie.js" and "/templates/ja_social_ii/js/script.js". This was an error since by removing the file from the exclusion, the images in Easysocial reappeared again.

We did not understand the logic but at least the images are back on the site !

Best regards.
