Hello to all.
We had a problem after updating the dns of ur servers. After the new installation can not add access to the backend of the component because we visualize the pages of installation easysocial. Even trying to reinstall easysocial can not complete the installation because our subscription has expired.
How can we solve?

Can you provide us with your Joomla backend and FTP access so we can help you check on this?

By the way, it looks like your subscription has expired and in order for you to continue requesting for support, we would appreciate if you continue to subscription.

what do you mean with "send payment to us"? i have to send you the details of payment?

When i tried to buy the renewal plan i set my vat number, i choose paypal such payment method, i payed, the page ask me my name, my company and my telephone. i filled in all the fields, click to continue and the page tell me the order is NOT completed successfully..

in my paypal account i see the payment of $89

Thank you for your response. Has the payment made through successfully? If you have successfully made the payment, please provide us with the payment details (unique transaction ID, Paypal email address); you can either provide it here or email it to marketing@stackideas.com.

Should you have not made the payment yet, you can manually make payment by transferring the amount to our Paypal account, admin@stackideas.com.

You can try making the payment via https://sites.fastspring.com/stackideas/pay/SI150806-4202-61115 or to be safe, just transfer the payment to us via Paypal at admin@stackideas.com

Unfortunately we have no control over this If Fastspring (our merchant) declines the order because of certain errors / possible chargebacks / possible frauds, there is nothing we can do
