Yes, you can enable the lockdown mode in EasySocial to restrict users accessing the "social elements on the site"

2. Can Easy Social integrate with Microsoft SharePoint and Active directory?

We don't have such integrations right now unfortunately

3. Do you have a module that display the user feed wall as strip or slider?

Unfortunately we do not have such a module right now as a slider. We however, do have an activity stream module though
