I believe there is no settings available to set this. I am really sorry about this. The albums listing are initially set to shows 20 albums. Here I have attached to you a file, please download it and put it here: ...\components\com_easysocial\views\albums\view.html.php .
In this file, please go to line: 169

$model->setState('limit', 2); // you can change "2" to another limit which you want to.
