EasySocial Album 'done' button stalling on album creation

We have a user trying to create an album and after she uploads the photos and presses the 'Done' button it just turns into a spinning circle and stalls out. If she navigates away she gets a message her warning her that the album isn't finalized and that she needs to go click the done button.

We can't replicate the problem on our end.

Do you know what could be going on here? The username having issues is LisaA

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here. To be honest, I can't really tell you exactly what the problem is until we are able to replicate this. Was this replicate-able every time by the user? If so, is there specific images that she tried to upload?

Thank you for checking. We are also unable to replicate the problem, and since we are not in direct contact with the end-users as support (our client is), we were unable to get copies of the photos she was trying to upload to see if there were particular issues. I haven't heard back with more follow-up about the problem, so I'd say we can consider it closed.
