whre i can config this?

Guido

i hope you understand me
Hi,

1. EasySocial is profile based so you can assign which user into which profile. Profiles are defined in backend -> EasySocial -> Profiles and rules are defined in backend -> EasySocial -> Profiles -> Access. From here you can configure which profile have the permission to carry out which action (such as delete comment in your case).

2. Due to Joomla's native behaviour, you can only control which Usergroup have access to which view in backend -> EasySocial, and click on the "Options" button in the top right corner.

Hi,

In that case then please provide me your site's backend access and FTP access so that I can investigate this.

Hi,

I've assigned the user Jason that you've provided into the profile Administrator and I am able to delete stream item.

As for the backend permissions, it seems like the permissions is assigned correctly. Which user are you using that prompts the error?

Perhaps you can provide screenshots so that I can understand you better?

Hi,

1. Ah I think I understand what you mean now. Currently, only superadmin can delete anyone's post.

2. I tested with the user (see optional information), and I am able to access backend -> EasySocial

Hello Guido,

Currently there are no "moderators" in EasySocial, hence you can't really allow "moderators" to delete stream items We will see if we can add this in the future.
