EasySocial 2.2.2 Audio Download Sometimes Dont Work

Hello,

As you can see when you go to http://www.yannanderson.com , the first audio can't be downloaded, but the second one can be downloaded.... Sometimes that work, sometimes that don't work, you can try different audios and you will see that some of them cannot be downloaded, do you know why ? Attached picture for help you to understand

Hi Yann,

I suspect your php memory limit(100M) is too low to process certain files with larger size. Can you try increasing it to 256M and try downloading those audio files again?

I tried uploading one of your audio files(57.2MB) to my local instance and noticed that I could not download it when the php memory limit is low.

If you see the first four audios at the top, the albums name are :

UNCONDITIONAL: can't be downloaded
CONNECTION: download ok
WAY OF LOVE: can't be downloaded
NEVER WITHOUT YOU: can't be downloaded

Hi Raymond,

Thank you for helping. I've contacted my hosting provider, he told me he changed something on the server (I don't know exactly what, but not the php memory limit) but now, that work fine! It was probably something located on the configuration file.

Once again, thank you very much for your precious help, I can now close this ticket
