Hi! I tried updating EasySocial to EasySocial 2.0 but when the installation was complete the back end didn't seem to quite load right and I got a message saying that I still have an old version of EasySocial and that I need to update... That aside the front end seemed to work right. Am I somehow an exception? I tried again and again, but I still got the same message. Aside from that can someone please point me to a source on what exactly is new in EasySocial 2.0?
Thanks!
hey there,

Thanks for getting back to us your installation work fine now.

You can check our Easysocial changelog here -> https://stackideas.com/changelog/easysocial

By the way, I've checked from the current release version changelog, those actually is small bug fixes and improve performance issue.

Hey Gaetano,

Perhaps you can start a new thread and provide us with your Joomla backend and FTP access so I can help you check now?

I've actually uninstalled and reinstalled the whole component and it seems to be working fine now. But I would still like to know exactly what is new in the new version. Is there any new security features added or something like that? Or is it just the layout of the component that was updated? Isn't there any information on the update?
