1. the easydiscuss application is not translated to german

Hm, I am sorry for that is because currently we do not have this application German translation, but you can download my attached language file and replace into this file location, you can translate it manually to German language through this language file.

2. if i want to create a new discussion from a easysocial-group now, a new page opens somehow wron, as you can see in the screenshot, it has the groups header nested in itself, i hoped t stay within the groups-page to create a topic.

Are you referring that duplicate group header bar on the Easydiscussion creation page?

If yes, it seems like that is bug, for now i already help you disabled that "Easydiscuss - toolbar" module from your site backend, it shouldn't show that duplicate header on the page now.

Yes, you can add new discussion through the group story form, you can check my attached screenshot below.
