EasyDiscuss | Uploading Attachment in New Post Not Working

We just received word that students are not able to post attachments in new post.
I tested it and this is what it looked like:

So we updated EasyDiscuss thinking this might handle the issue.
Unfortunately this didn't help.

Then I tried to add a reply and attach an image.
This came up with the update post spinning never-ending.
So I refreshed the page and it looked like this:

Then I thought maybe its an issue with our server not allowing image uploads or something.
However, after testing it with EasySocial, it worked perfectly.
So it appears its something within EasyDiscuss?

Or something I couldn't think of.
Help is greatly appreciated, as always.

I don't see the S3 access, but it's fine since I know what is the issue now.

This is a PHP8 related issue. Will log this in our tracker. In the meantime, I have helped you apply fixes in the following files. You should be able to post discussions and replies with attachments now without issue.

Hi Ulysses,

I'm getting an invalid handle error when posting a reply with an attachment. I suspect this has something to do with S3. Can you check whether your S3 settings are up to date?
Settings>Attachments>Storage

If everything looks correct, perhaps you can try generating a new set of keys and use them in EasyDiscuss. Since there are times where the old keys no longer work.

It appears that I'm still hitting the same invalid handle error. Would it be possible to provide S3 access so we can investigate further? You may add it in the site details area.
