Easydiscuss update to 4.0.5 --> receiving an 1054 error

Dear stackideas,

We have an issue here. We where running on easydiscuss version 3.92x back then the extension worked great but since we run the update to version 4.0.5 we received an mysql error --> error 1054.
In the installation proces everything seems to be alright and no given error but when we completed it and check the website we received this error. Only on easydiscuss by the way. We are also running easyblog, easysocial and Komento on this website and those extensions all work fine.

Hey there,

Can you please provide us with the URL to the administration page? I tried the normal /administrator/ url but it isn't working for me

May i know previously did you have install any Easydiscuss beta version in your site?

If yes, that will hitting this issue.

Yes indeed we installed a beta version to test the new features on our website but that dindn't work out very well so we installed the stable version again and after that it works again but great to know what caused the issue. We will be more carefull if we install an beta version the next thime. Thanks!
