EasyDiscuss update 4.0.19 issues

Updated EasyDiscuss (4.0.19) Everything seemed to go fine. Front end looks OK but on the back-end dashboard the update icon just keeps spinning and all the links in the side menu are broken (CSS) and don't work. Reinstalling again didn't fix it.
Reinstalling 4.0.18 (last version) fixed it.

It might be browser cache issue, perhaps you can provide us with your license domain site Joomla backend and FTP access at http://stackideas.com/dashboard/site so we can better have a check?
