HI.

I have and use EasyDiscuss very often on my company's intranet page. A bug has appeared which I cannot fix and I would like some advice.

The links for top level categories for discussion content do not work - the url for them is in this form: domain.com/?Itemid=1083 with different querystring value for each category. Interestingly the subcategory links work fine and the link is domain.com/discussions/categories/listings/build-1 as I would expect.

This happens to the links under the discussion and the links from the categories page.

Please can you give me some advice if this is an issue you have ever encountered before.

Thanks,

Bruno
Hey there,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here.

It seems like i doesn't see this issue before, it would be best if you can update your site backend and FTP access so we can better have a check.

By the way, It looks like your subscription has expired and in order for you to continue requesting for support, you will need an active subscription. If you have already renewed, please let us know so that we can correct this for your account.

Thank you for understanding.
