Greetings,
Please advice why the EasyDiscuss Toolbar module don't load in responsive layout using mobile in the page asignated https://www.contab.ro/index.php/discussions
I have checked your site and it seems like the template's module wrapper is wrapping the module with a hidden-xs class which prevents the contents to show up on a small device, http://take.ms/qGsvP

I've seen that too, but, even you'll move the module in other position not blocked on small sizes screens, the EasyDiscuss Toolbar will not show in responsive mode . Please test it into ather full widh position in the site on mobile ... You'll see that ... Thank you for your future advices about this issue ...

Hey there,

It seems that I am able to replicate it on my local site.

For a temporary fix, you can download and paste the attached default.php file at JoomlaFolder/modules/mod_easydiscuss_toolbar/tmpl/default.php

Can you have a try and see how it goes?

I duplicate the module and put them to "footer-mail" position down in page ... See the screenshot and check online ...

I am a bit lost here. Do you mean why is the online indicator keeps showing 'offline'?

If yes, this online indicator is based on your 'Work Days' and 'Work Hours' in 'Work Schedule' settings instead of indicator the account's online status.

If I understand your question wrongly, can you provide us with some screenshots so that we can have a better understanding of it?

The module must show it's responsive layout with icons enstead of menu text to fit in the small mobile acreens that's the issue I'm talking about. The module don't swich its responsive layout of it in small mobile screens it remain the same like on biger screens.

Hey there,

I just found out that you didn't apply the fix into this file JoomlaFolder/modules/mod_easydiscuss_toolbar/tmpl/default.php and I had helped you to apply it.

It should be working fine now as I tested on my smartphone as shown in the screenshot.

Can you have a try and see how it goes?

Do clear your mobile browser cache before you see the changes.

If the issue still persists, can you update your FTP's access by editing your first thread so that we can have a better check of it?

Hey there,

In order to do that, you can download the attached default.php file and place it at template override which is at JoomlaFolder/templates/YourCurrentTemplate/html/com_easydiscuss/toolbar/default.php.

Do take note that you need to create the folders manually if you don't see it.

Can you have a try and see how it goes?
