EasyDiscuss - Renaming Category URL's

For Categories, is it possible to rename these so that when they are sent out via a sitemap, etc. they have the actual naming convention of the category itself. At this time this is how they are viewed:



They are reporting as the order they are in on the backend, but I was assuming that the alias within each category would show the naming convention for each.
Can you try download my attached file and replace into this following file location :

JoomlaFolder/plugins/osmap/com_easydiscuss/com_easydiscuss.php

However, I did have one last question in regads to this process..

Within the URL's it shows as the following;

https://mcity.pro/forums/categories/arsenal	

https://mcity.pro/forums/categories/health



Is there anyway to remove "categories"

So it would look more like this:
