Hello,

I recently purchased and installed EasyDiscuss (Feb. 3rd) under my gmail address, however, I asked to switch the license to my work email account.

After the account was switched to my work account, I get this message in the back-end:

'You do not have a subscription or your subscription has already expired. You will not be able to utilize our versioning services.'

Is there a way to fix this message to reflect that I just purchased and installed EasyDiscuss?
Hello Meagan,

You would need to set the domain for your EasyDiscuss license at https://stackideas.com/dashboard . Once that is set, you are good to go.

Thanks, Mark. I set the domain for the EasyDiscuss license yesterday, but I'm still getting this message:

You do not have a subscription or your subscription has already expired. You will not be able to utilize our versioning services

Does it take longer to reflect in the administrator back-end?

Hi Meagan,
Perhaps you can try installing EasyDiscuss again(after backing up customization files). Remember to download and use the launcher installer from your dashboard.
