Hi, looks like the EasyDiscuss Ranks are failing to update on our site - was working at first then apparently stopped. U can see that in the attached screencaps that there are 3 users all with the same number of points, yet , but still show as "No Ranking".
I can provide temporary, front-end access to the site with "Registered User" privileges if it becomes absolutely necessary.

*Interestingly, the users that have their Rankings updated correctly are all Publishers/Administrator ACL levels, while those not are all "Registered User" ACL - not sure if that has anything to do with it as i couldn't find the Ranks tied to ACL anywhere

Cheers and thx!
Hello John,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here. Can you check and see if the rankings are configured based on the points? In EasyDiscuss, there is 2 ways of generating the user ranks.

1. The first would be by user's post count (which is activated by default).

2. The other method is to assign ranks to users based on their points.

You can find this settings under Settings > General > General features under the "Ranks" section. If it was configured to use ranks by points, have you integrated the points with EasySocial or are these points from EasyDiscuss?

Mark it's the weekend, dude! take some time off bro - this can wait til Monday!!

otherwise, yes - our Rankings are config'd (correctly, on ED Settings) based on Points.

U can see from the attached below a User (Stebbins) with "No Ranking" showing, while they actually have more points than I do yet my Ranking was updated correctly based on points.

* what's interesting here is that it's only those in the Registered Users ACL (Joomla) that are not updating; those with SU, Admin and Publisher ACL (Joomla) all seem to be updating? Don't see how this might be related but it's the only common pattern/theme i can figure right now. I'm sure it is just something as simple as not having something checked off somewhere but i can't seem to track it down

Hi, Arlex -

I failed to answer your original question on this yesterday, the answer is Yes, it is an ED Module (Module "EasyDiscuss - Welcome" with "Show Ranks" set to "YES")
