The header of profile page not appear all, the header is gone.

It seems like your current template causing this issue, can I have your FTP access again?

Hey Ayub,

The problem is actually caused by your template's "Smooth Scroll" feature. They are converting tab links into anchor links and it somehow messes up the layout. I have turned this off in the template settings and it works fine now

To do this you can disable it from backend > extension > template > gk_shop_and_buy - Default > feature tab
