I have added the EasyDiscuss - Post Topic module to a page and it shows up fine, but it does nothing. I can select a Category and input a question or topic, but pressing "Submit" does nothing. I checked all the settings I can think of to no avail. What might I be missing?
Hello Justin,

Thanks for the latest access. however, it is not correct. Then, I tried with the previous access, I can successfully access your FTP and Backend. May I know which module you are using? Because when I change the EasyDiscuss - Post Topic from your module manager, nothing is changed. http://screen.stackideas.com/2015-02-09_1320.png

Hello Justin,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here. Is it possible for you to provide us with the back end and FTP access to your site to check on this issue?

Thank you Mark. See info attached.

One other item that I am noticing is that attempts to subscribe to anything in EasyDiscuss yields a javascriptvoid(0) error. If you would like me to start a separate thread for this, please let me know.

Hello Justin,

I can't access your FTP. Can you try to replace the attached file in: ../modules/mod_easydiscuss_post_topic/mod_easydiscuss_post_topic.php and see how it goes.

Thank you Nick. That didn't do it. Still nothing when pressing 'Submit'.

I have updated and tested the login and ftp info attached. You should have no problem accessing the front or back of the site.

Thank you, issue resolved. That top instance was the same module, but it was inside of an "article" via JS Page builder and I guess it didn't like it. I haven't had any other issues with putting modules in that way. Anyway, it is working now, so thank you.
