This plugin generates new forum posts on articles created on your site. If you do not intend to link an article with a forum post, you should disable this plugin.

We did. I was just wondering how it decides to send out articles. It appeared to just grab random pages regardless of their content, including hidden pages and terms and conditions and privacy policy pages....very odd feature.

It does it automatically when a user tries to access the article or when you create a new article on the site

That is very strange....no new articles were created after the plugin was enabled. Does it send out an article when someone just visits the page or maybe it retro-actively sends out old ones?
I only ask because a few of our sites that accidentally had the plugin activated started sending these pages out many times over a period of 2 to 3 days even after we disabled the plugin.

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here.

What i suspect is when the user trying access one of the article on your site, the system detected this article doesn't have create in Easydiscuss yet, it will automatically auto create in Easydiscuss.

At the same time, system also will send out email notification to your site subscriber there got new discussion published.

Perhaps you can try check your backend > Easydiscuss > Email Activities and see is it still have a lot of pending email notification generated? If yes, you have to double check whether these pending email is it for those new article auto created in Easydiscuss post then delete it.
