I've tried to replicate your issue in my local and seems like whenever I comment the stream item which is my own Easydiscuss reply, I didn't get the notification. Can you provide us your backend and FTP access so we can have a better look on your issue here? Please advise.

I've tried to access your FTP but failed. Anyway, can you please replace the attached file in ../media/com_easysocial/apps/group/story/story.php. If you still get the notification, can you re-provide us the access to your FTP? Please advise.

Your fix worked but now the problem is back because I updated to the latest ED last night. I guess it wasn't added. Can you attach the file for me so I can reapply please?
