EasyDiscuss - Notifications module for new private messages?

Hello!
I need users can get notifications about new private messages.
So, I created EasyDiscuss - Notifications module for testing (module access only for super users).
Then I sent message from registered account to superuser.
And EasyDiscuss - Notifications Module not displays notification about new messages.



Then I decided to check it in Toolbar. But private messages window is empty, it's trying to load messages but unsuccessfully.



Okay, I decided to check for errors in the browser console and found this:



Then I disabled JCH Optimize and got this in console:
