Is it possible that all links in ED have the nofollow attribute?

Regarding the above, I am sorry and unfortunately this is not possible with EasyDiscuss at the moment. What you can do is to create a system plugin and by using the onBeforeRender, you can search for anchor links and then add the rel="nofollow" attribute to the anchor.

You can open this file ../components/com_easydiscuss/helpers/helper.php and under function formatPost. This is where the process to modify the content happen. You might want regex the content for anchor tag and add the nofollow link. Hope this helps.
