Is it possible for new forum threads, posts, replies to all show up in the easysocial stream?

Hey Fidel,

It's most likely that you are running an older version of the app Update to the latest version and you should be good to go.

Yes I did but the only options for stream alerts appear to be:

Display your discussions
Display participated discussions

I''m looking to have any new created posts or replies to posts (basically any easydiscuss activity) posted to everyones stream

Here are my settings from Easydiscuss - Integration. Did you already check them? What version of Easydiscuss do you use?
