Easydiscuss "most replies discussions" module issue

hello there,
i am using the ED module to show most replies discussions, when i show reporting error (maximum) i get this error :

Strict Standards: Non-static method modEasydiscussMostRepliesHelper::getData() should not be called statically in /home/www/_/modules/mod_easydiscuss_most_replies/mod_easydiscuss_most_replies.php on line 23


i have php v5.5
can you check pelase this line 23 of code ?
On the ED leader bord also :

Hello Jan,

For the most replies module, can you try to download the attachment below and replace it inside your .../modules/mod_easydiscuss_most_replies/helper.php and see how it goes?
