Thank you for that, it is working. Can you explain why my site goes down every time I install one of your plugins? I am just a bit worried when it comes to updates. Also, I have to install Komento and I am actually hesitant... Not sure that is the best way to feel when installing a software.

I have a question for this :

1. How do you perform an update Easydisucss on your site yesterday?

2. Did you unpublished all the Easydiscuss component/module/plugin from backend ?

3. What happen when you upload Easydiscuss installer through your Joomla backend installer page?

The reason why i asking this is because first i upload launcher installer through your Joomla backend and click proceed Easydiscuss installation but it always redirect me to your Joomla backend homepage, then i realised you have unpublished all the Easydiscuss component from your backend, that is why it keep redirect to your backend homepage when I click proceed installation button.

1) I updated it via the installer on the backend.

2) I was not aware that I had to unpublished all the plugins/modules, etc.

3) When I did try to upload the zip file, i was brought to the usual message asking me to continue installation but when I click on it I am just brought to the control panel.

Yes, this is same as what I trying upload through your Joomla installer page.
