Sorry, I can't seem to find the specific Easydiscuss section....

I am attempting to add a number of attachments (jpgs) to answer a question in Easydiscuss, but am unable to add more than 12 jpgs.
I have checked my settings which are set to "no limit".
However, when I examine my attachments I get the message "You have reached your maximum".
So the question is.....does the s/w itself have a maximum number of attachments which cannot be changed?
Thanks
Hello Tim,

There should be no limit if you set Enable attachment limit option to no. Can you provide us your backend and FTP so we can check this for you? Please advise.

Thanks Nick, I will of course provide you with access if necessary, but I can definitely confirm that the ENABLE ATTACHMENT LIMIT is set to NO and also that the file size is not too large (within specified limits).

BUT, I have now noticed that when I attempt to add more attachments I receive a "PARSEERROR" indicated. So perhaps an easy setting adjustment elsewhere?

Thanks Nick

I believe it is about the capacity of the attachment and not the number of attached files.

Hello Mau,

There could be many possibility for your attachment not uploading properly, what is the size of the Maximum size in file attachment settings?
In your system information > php information is your post_max_size and upload_max_filesize is set bigger then the size of the file you are attaching. If it does not please contact your web-hosting to increase the value. If you need further assistance please provide us with the Joomla back end access as well as the FTP access so that I can check on the issues on your site? We actually need these information so that we can debug on your issues quickly.

Thanks:)
