May i know on which site you installed them as if you install them on other domain than you have registered on our site, you wont be able to install them using our launcher, and it may required you to use Full installation, in order for them to be able to install, but somehow, we will not provide any support on other domain except the one registered on our site. Thanks for your understanding

By the way, maybe you can provide us with your Backend and FTP access for further check on this issues. Please advice.
