By default, the member would be posting in a group on EasyDiscuss and can only be viewed by the member of the group.

If that is not the answer you seek, can you please explain the situation further?

it's in easysocial group, with the EasyDiscuss Group add-on.
In the easysocial group, you have to choose where you want to post.
I would like choose a destination by default for each specific group. User haven't to choice where to post.
It would be organise, in the easysocial group and in the easydiscuss forum.

I don't understand what you meant by choose a destination. By right the user don't need to choose where to post the discussion because there isn't any option to do so. It will just automatically post in the group discussion in EasySocial and for in EasyDiscuss it will be under group.

Or what you meant was there is Discussions and Easydiscuss in the dropdown as in the second picture?

Maybe he means that the forum categories are not shown as group categories...This would be nice so we could migrate forum categories as a group in the easysocial groups. If you start with an empty easydiscuss its easy because you can use the categories that groups have general, music... and so on but there are no easydiscuss categories to view. I wanted to use only easysoscial with the discussion plugin and hide easydiscuss or disable it somehow so that users use only the easysocial discusions as forums...
it would be nice to import categories because i have some and i didnt found a way to set them as a group discussion.

when creating a group discussion there must be an option to connect a forum category created in easydiscuss and to have a selection mode ....if we want to use easydiscuss as a seperate component or as embeb plugin in the groups discussions in easysocial, and hide or disable the component section from the users so that they use only the groups frontend to post. A focused search in every discussion by group would be nice too. Is there a way to do this? maybe in future releases.
