The migrator for Kunena to Easy Discuss seems to be not picking up all the posts from Kunena. I ran it and it migrated some but not others. Running it again does not show any more posts to migrate.

What can I do to get it to migrate all the posts from Kunena it missed?

Can you provide us with your following details?
1. Joomla backend access
2. Database access

Also can I have the permission to delete all the migrated post from Easydiscuss so I can re-migrate again and see why those reply post missing?

Note : Remember do a full backup from your site data.

Backend details are in my profile, will I loose the new posts in EasyDiscuss? Just let me know, but go ahead and remigrate if that's what is needed.

Hey Mark,

I am sorry for the delay of this reply,

I think you have to re-update again with your correct Joomla backend and database access from your first post, because I did tried login from your backend again, but I still unable to login from your site backend.

Yes, it will loose your new post whoever create/reply on your site Easydiscuss page when I truncate all the data from your Easydiscuss table.

I would recommended temporary disable Easydiscuss from your site frontend first until the migration process migrate all the post from Kunena to Easydiscuss.

So your site user still can able use Kunena forum to reply or create post for now.

I logged in just now with those credentials. I re-entered them again just in case. Please try again. I will disable Kunena as soon as your done. Users know not to post until I tell them they can.

If there is anyway you can help me today, I would greatly appreciate it, Unfortunately I am loosing users due to all the issues the upgraded resulted in.

Hey Mark,

I already consult with our developer regarding this, based on this situation, we have to delete this topic (https://www.nikonmflens.org/index.php/forums/381-cars) and this topic inside all the reply from Easydiscuss, then only can re-migrate again and see what is the issue causing this issue only migrated a few reply on this thread.

When we find out what is the issue causing this, then have to re-migrate all the post from kunena again then make sure everything is migrated in Easydiscuss.

Since your users already know do not post anything for now, what if allow us to delete all the migrated post from Easydiscuss then let me redo the migration again, so I can quickly help you figured out what is the issue causing this and help you migrated all the post from Kunena in Easydiscuss.

By the way, I needed your PHPMYADMIN (Database) access as well.

I will get it setup for you, site provider cpanel access is broken right now. I would ask that you please look at this ticket early as possible when you reopen so that if you need something else I can get it so we don't loose another day.. this has really hurt my site and I may just have to stop using easy social and all the products if we can't work out these issues. I still am having wanders template issues again now. Kisses have to be honest, this is extremely frustrating and this upgrade has crippled me.

Yes, for now I just need your Cpanel for access your database, so I can start remigrate again.

And now I already can login from your backend and I can connect with your FTP.

Perhaps you can start another new thread for describe what is your current issue from your wanderers template?

At the same time we can checking on your other issue first since your Cpanel is broken now.

I will try my best use my night time to check your current issue.

Hm, I also need your confirmation regarding this, can I have the permission to remove all of your migrated post from your Easydiscuss once you fix your Cpanel?

Alex, is there a script or command I can run on the database for you, I cant give out my cPanel access. Just tell me what you need done in php admin and I will get it done for you.
