Searched for discussion on our site, get the following result:


Does calling this space Q&A put members off responding to posts?



are some considerations that calling this space Q&A Discussions puts members off responding to posts as the implication is that unless we consider we have 'an answer' then our response or joining the discussion is not valid. Perhaps this is a reflection...

This is not the only Easydicuss result that includes the same issue.
Other finder results are OK.
Hi Gary,

May I know how the search results were indexed? Did you manually indexed it in backend smart search component section? or using cronjob? or from the command line interface? or are these results indexed automatically(eg: while creating new posts)?

Also, may I have permission to purge these search results and reindex them to see if the issue persists?

Hi Raymond,
We're indexing this site through cli as we can't run it from admin.
We could try this on the dev site first
dev.source4networks.org.uk although having a few issues there too.

Hey Gary,

I am able to reproduce the issue in my local instance. I will log this issue in our tracker.

Since I do not have your ftp access or SSH to use the cli. Can you try downloading the attached temporary fix file into the following directory, then purge and reindex from the cli? Remember to test this on your dev site first.

Thanks Raymond, I'll test it now. We just made an exact copy of the live site for Dev, so a good place to test.
