Easydiscuss download doesn't work

Hi,

I bought easydiscuss for 35$ on your website and your download doesn't work.
the name of file downloaded is discuss.zip (40,3 ko)
It's impossible to install easydiscuss application in easysocial or in joomla.

In easysocial, I have got this error message: "Please upload an app installer."
In Joomla, I have got this error message :" Error - Unable to find install package"

I would like a refund or a good download.

I found out the trouble. Easysocial was not installed properly. I don't know why. All sounds good now.

Hey Tony,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here. You need to upload the installer via Joomla's Extension manager instead of EasySocial installer

Hey Mark,

No problem. I can imagine and your work, your company and your products are pretty good.

If I understood your answer, I have to install discuss.zip with the joomla installer in joomla extension manager.

When I told you in my first message, I have got this error also for this method:

"Warning
JInstaller: :Install: Can't find Joomla XML setup file."

"Error
Unable to find install package"

When I unzipped "discuss.zip", there are only some html and php files (asset, view, ...) but no module, no plugin or no componant zip file.

I have got the same trouble with komento.zip, and the others files to integrate a link in easysocial app and avoid a link from each app (easydiscuss app, easyblog app, komento app).

Maybe I made a mistake. :s
