As you can see with attached picture "contact.jpg", when I go to my contact page (or any other page of my site), I have a pre-loader before to display page. You can test by clicking http://www.yannanderson.com/net/contact. Unfortunately, I just have ONE page where the pre-loader dont work: EasyDiscuss page, as you can see with attached picture "forum.jpg". You can test this page by clicking http://www.yannanderson.com/net/forum.

Do you know why my pre-loader dont work with your component? I dont know if this issue is related to EasyDiscuss or the pre-loader developper. But because it work with any other page, I can imagine it's related to ED...
