Every time I run the Akeeba Admin Tools' "Repair & Optimise" utility, EasyDiscuss no longer shows any discussions and I need to go to mySQL Admin and repair the EasyDiscuss tables again from there. Before installing EasyDiscuss, I used to have Akeeba Admin Tools configured so that it automatically optimises all of my tables once a day. Because of the conflict with EasyDiscuss I can no longer use this useful feature.
Hello Andrew,

Thanks for the accesses. I've checked your database and seems like the only table that crash is #_discuss_posts given that the table contain to many data. In this case, you need to consult your hosting provider because I believe the server has run out of resources to run the optimization for this table.

I just ran a "Repair & Optimize" task in Admin Tools Pro and it didn't remove any discussions. I'm using an older version (3.0.2).

Hello Andrew,

I believe this issue came from the Admin Tools itself. Because Easydiscuss did not control who can or cannot interact with the ED's tables. Thanks for sharing Justin.

I'm using the latest version, 3.3.1. I had the same problem with the previous one, as soon as I installed EasyDiscuss a couple of months ago. I just didn't follow up on it until now, because I'm in the process of upgrading my site from Joomla 2.5.27 to Joomla 3.3.6 and - in preparation for it - upgraded all my extensions to the latest versions first. Anyhow, this table corruption occurs EVERY TIME I use the repair and optimise utility of Akeeba Admin Tools Pro.

Hello Andrew,

Can you provide us your backend, phpmyadmin and FTP access so we can have a better look on your issue here? Also you might want to provide us the steps to repair table using mySQL Admin as you stated in your first post.
