Easydiscuss Comment issue for registered use

We have installed Easydiscuss 3.1.8669. In this we can see 'Comment' option for administrator at frontend. But for registered user we cannot see 'Comment' option. So registered user not able to comment.

Is there any configuration setting for this? How can I make registered user to comment on post?

You might want to turn on this option : http://screencast.com/t/IFkNV1LvE in Backend>Easydiscuss>ACL>Registered. If it is doesn't work, you can provide us your backend and FTP so we can have a better look on your issue here. Hope this helps.
