Hello, do you have a guide on setting up EasyDiscuss just for Support only restricting visitors from creating any other discussion? Can this be setup where our support team access and respond just from the front end?
Hey Alex,

You can configure this in the ACL section of EasyDiscuss. All you need to do is to turn off the ability to post new discussions for the public group

Can it be set where it is only visible for Admins? Our plan is for EasyDiscuss to accept questions through our "Contact Us" front end e-mail and moving forward our support team to correspond simply by replying and the customers get response just by e-mail only.

Hm, you could configure the category permissions but I do think that it would make more sense if the user is allowed to view his tickets on the site too.
